God says His mercies are New Every morning! So that's why I can say I wake up to a New Day resting in His Peace & love. I wish so badly that "Everyone" could have this confidence & assurance. My heart aches for those who are hurting. I don't have much to offer, but I can give you Jesus! The things of the world don't offer much. To my readers who suffer in a world of their own, i've been there. The world offer's darkness, abuse, mental anguise & torment, confussion, fear, and no sense of self. Jesus offers, Hope, Unconditonal Love, Peace of mind and heart in the midst of bad cirumstances, A sound Mind, deliverance from broken hearts, & I could go on all day.

God said   "For I know the thoughts that I think toward YOU, says the Lord, thoughts of Peace and not of Evil, to give You a Future and  a Hope" Then you will call on me and go and pray to me, and I WILL listen to You. And you will seek Me and find Me when you search with all your heart" Jeremiah 29:11-13

"Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will Revive me, and your right hand will Save me. The Lord will Perfect that which Concerns me; Your Mercy, O Lord, Endures Forever!" Psalm 138: 7,8.

"Come to me, all you that are heavy burdened, and I will give you Rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am Gentle and Lowly in heart, and You Will Find Rest for Your Souls." Matthew 11:28,29

 Because of Adam & Eve, we live in a world of sin. But Jesus said "I've come to give you Life!"  He hasen't left us to make it on our own. He made provision for us by dying on the cross and shedding his blood for our sins. That's how much He loves us! It's the sick who need a physician, not the well! We can Never get our lives right before coming to Jesus. He wants us Just as we are.

 Just call out to Him in prayer & ask him to forgive your sins, and to come into your heart. He came to heal the brokenhearted and to bind up their wounds. If you are broken, take a step of faith and pray this prayer. What have you got to loose when nothing else is working?

 You will need the support of people who know Jesus and care for you. Most new believers start out with a bible they can understand. Your faith will grow by Hearing the Word of God. And nothing you do or have done will be shocking to those who love Jesus. You will find compassion and love to get you through the hard times.

Teen Survival Kit"  

So whats a Teen Survival Kit????  Anything that will help you get through your TEEN years in a POSITIVE WAY. Everyone add your survivial tips, and I will post them on this page. What helps you, and Why? I think this will also be Fun to see how other's cope with the ups and downs of being a Teenager! (Tomorrow I wills start a Story, and everyone has to add their own part to it until it is a finished story!) So come back tomorrow and let's go into make believe land!)

1.UnConditional Love!
What's That? When someone loves you no matter what you do, no strings attached!
Where Can I Find It? First in Jesus. "I have LOVED you with an EVERLASTING LOVE"Jerimiah 31:3 "God IS Love."1 John 4:8" It is also found in Friends & Families.

2.FRIENDS
They will be there to lift you up when you need it, IF you will let them. There are people who Really Do Care, or we would not be writing this.

3.Small Groups
Why? Small Groups such as Youth Groups, or Cell groups are a place you can get to know other's on an intiment level and feel safe in sharing your feelings.

4.Coping Skills
What's that? Not everyone has the ability to cope in certian situations.Coping Skills are Learned.
How do I Learn Them? Usually by a good mentor. Such as Youth Group Leaders, Adults you trust & Books! There are Many good books on Depression & other topics that relate to you. They teach you the skills you need to cope with your circumstances. The best books will come from your local Christian Book Store. If you are DEPRESSED or SUICIDAL it May Not Be Your what You think! Sometimes Chemicals in the brain need med's to get you back to feeling right. Also thyroid problems can cause these feelings. Your living conditions may also contribute to your depression. Depression is an ache in the soul and that crushes your spirit. It wraps itself so tightly around you that you can't believe it will ever leave; but it can and it does! (the book, "Finding Hope Again" by Neil T. Anderson. I highly recomend this book. (found at many bookstores)  Please Clik Here if you are feeling suicidal. For Hurting Yourself Clik Here. 5.Talk, Talk, Talk,!
Why? It releases built up emotions & other's who have been through the same things can tell how they overcame them. Also you need someone who will JUST listen to you. If you have no one you trust, online friends can help a great deal through a message board or chat room. I will add both to my journal & let me know nights you all would want to chat.
